Diane Chapman has been admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales since 2014 and the Federal and High Court since 2016, she was previously a qualified financial planner.

​

Diane is also a founding fellow of the UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee Australia, which is an Australian based agency for the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law based in Vienna. Diane has been attending UN working groups since 2011 participating in working groups convened to develop new conventions and legal instruments on electronic commerce, MSMEs and international arbitration. She is also a litigation lawyer and has worked on a number of large class actions in Australia.
